Since the pandemic started, people have been giving more and more thought to their home and where they live. Many people are leaving big expensive cities like Toronto and moving to more affordable cities like Sudbury. Just look up at the top of the super stack chimney in Sudbury . The smoke coming out of it is near NIL . They have a modern method of removing the pollution . now . They plan on tearing the chimney down in the future . I lived in Sudbury all my life [ 75 years ] When i was young there was heavy blue sulphur in the air on some days and the mountains in the surrounding area were bare rocks. With all the growth that Sudbury has had over the last few decades it is now literally in the bush . The change has been amazing .

Replanted by an entire generation. When Sudbury puts their foot down( like Shen most true Canadians put their foot down....). That's it we do what needs to be done.

I'm originally from Sudbury but left it for Toronto in 2003. I miss the city quite a bit...less traffic and way more affordable real estate.

@@realestatemason my paps moved about 6 years ago when he retired from Investor's Group. Miss the old city though, worked at the now bankrupted Northern Breweries, went to Lasalle Secondary, Cambrian, and grew up right on Claudia Court by St. Charles. Miss the city but when covid is better I plan on visiting.
