Wheezy been one of the best inspirations for this generation for sure. Bro doesnt use kicks and still makes the beat punch thru. Especially the mix and master engineers feel so happy abt him not using the kicks in the beats as it takes all the attention of the whole track.

He uses quiet kicks in half the beats they are just under the 808 and if it has no kicks he uses loud hi hats to give punch, going bad has kicks at certain parts for example to add more thump/punch if you listen carefully

Hard to say they only stick to one genre of music haven’t seen them producer anything that not hip hop or in that genre of field . So saying best producer I disagree they good but no where near the best so many producer on KZfaq that does production for harder style of genre you kinda can’t put then as best producer. And if you look up reggaeton you would see they out doing rap by KZfaq view by billions not just Million. So you just into hip hop genre more so you feel that it the biggest cause you like that style but it really not and it wasn’t even back then . Hate to say it but even country out do raps in view and I dislike country. Rock as well hip hop top 5 but not the biggest

That's gucci that you're taking your time to understand his sound but I don't hear his style on your chords. You are definitely a musician. Sometimes, is a matter of thinking outside of the box. If you see chords and melody as just one thing, you will have better results. To me, it seems like his dividing his composition in melody/808/drums.
