Adeleke is a superstar in the making! She's already one of the best 400m runners in the world, and she hasn't run the 400m that long.

Born & raised in Ireland, so yes it is great to have a World class Irish runner again. Of course to Spike & his race relations board she’s the wrong skin colour to be considered Irish in his tiny little brain, but then I’m sure he was confused when Michael Johnson won all those Gold medals for the USA & not for an African nation. I was born & raised in Ireland Spike, but I have Norman Ancestry dating back to the 11th century - does that make me French?

Irish is a Ethnic group who is genetically white/Caucasian the Irish genetic foundation is the very embodiment of being Irish that's how identity is formed dipshit through common relation such as culture, history, genetics etc but the woke brain you obviously have wouldn't be able to comprehend that. American Identity was formly created by Europeans who are guess what? "White" michael johnson wouldn't even be considered American even when the very American identity is a complexity in itself and totally not even in compassion to Ireland and the Irish identity. Hopefully she does well.I also hope that the media don't force her down our throats so we all get sick to death of her (they tend to do that with most successful Irish sports people) or over hype her so it feels like a massive failure if she doesn't win every gold medal going.

Rhasidat has ran faster than Sydney this year and looks like she could have gone faster . A rested Brit Wilson and Paulinho are the 2 to beat but if got any medal even bronze it would be unreal as no sprinter has ever made it to a final never mind be hoping for a bronze 🙏 the fact she had energy after the 49.2 it looked easy and the fact she’s new to 400 still and improves almost every race and the fact she was originally a sprinter 100m specialist I think she has everything for greatness if she trains hard and her height/ stride pattern all she needs is strength and experience and she can beat them all I think. Budapest will be exciting to watch and Paris next year .

Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone switched to the 400 flat. Couldn't be worse timing for Rhasidat. But to be the best you got to beat the best.

1 - Sydney probably won't switch until after Paris. 2 - Rhasidat is younger and faster than Sydney with way less experience in the event.
