I am a sigma empath and I do my best to help others and also animals, I feel connected to every living thing including animals. am also a twin flame and other things (indigo child, star seed)and I know that I am one to help the humans and nature and animals.

The ability to feel emotions that are not mine has always been a weight on my shoulders but nothing could've prepared me for what I've been dealing with since March 2020. Knowing that politicians and the media are lying about pretty much everything day after day has really been hard. Listening to them tell us to do things that continue to harm and kill people every single day is almost more than I can handle. It's nearly impossible to take people that are so evil. They're knowingly lying to people, knowingly harming people and knowingly killing people. They aren't even trying to hide how evil they are. So many have died and continue to die while I have info that could save them but no way to get it to them. I wake up everyday knowing that more will die and there's nothing I can do to save them. That is the hardest thing to deal with, I see what's coming but can't stop it.

I prayed for a coworker the other day and told God to take all pain away and i noticed he was walking around much better with way less pain.

A blessing but a curse in a broken world ruled by Satan...for now. That's why we can't stand crowds. Fake people I find makes me physically ill. While dark hearted people not only makes me feel ill, but gives me the shivers. Good hearted, suffering people make me want to cry and I have a strong drive to find the source of the pain and address it immediately but gently (if allowed) and I feel a sharp pain in my heart, and strangely a pang of nerve pain down my right pinky of all places. Feels like a transfer of energy, give and take to me. It draws both good and bad energy to us. The pinky thing always confused me. Also, people really want to talk to you all the time so you wind up exhausted if you don't allow yourself to retreat and rest. Anyone else feel this? As a devout Christian I need to say Jesus was not just a Chosen, or just a healer, He was the Son of God (Though often called the Son of Man in the Bible as well since he was in the flesh, born of the flesh and the Spirit) To set My Belief and Truth straight. Video creator, if you are going to bring Jesus up in the video and talk about the Divine give Him and the Father the Holy RESPECT warranted or have the respect at least not to talk about Him. I have no right to judge you but the Trinity Heads do and WILL. 😢 Wake up quickly Chosen! He's coming back to judge. The trumpets have sounded already. Bring His people back to Him. Time is running short. If you're Chosen, it was by the One, True God to serve. Not some mythical Greek or Roman or other god. Take it as truth for yourself or not, it IS TRUTH. If you're calling yourself a Chosen you would be wise to know that you were chosen by the omnipotent True God and nothing else. Or don't call yourself Chosen 😢.. The Lord is my Good Shepherd and I shall lack nothing through Him who chose me and walks at my side. My Faith, His Power have to bond and work together. That's how it works. If you call yourself a Chosen and don't believe this you are making a grave life and death mistake. I can't make you believe me. But you will, I pray it's not too late when you turn back to the arms to the very One who chose you and -gave- you your gifts. They were given to you to use for His Glory and Purposes. To Showcase His Love for the world and partake in the Harvest of Souls. Don't disrespect what you're Chosen to do and WHO gifted you. I may get ridiculed and get a lot of kick back for saying this but so did Jesus and he still died for you out of Love to give us a chance for redemption, he suffered, died cruelly and was resurrected to save us. So I really don't care about the ridicule. I fight constantly against spiritual foes, and human adversaries. Between try to help people, and spiritually based battle I often exhaust myself if I don't ask God for help quick enough. (I'm learning! New things every day! I'm no prophet either so don't point the whole "false prophet" thing at me. 🤷 Don't waste the sacrifice. I know who I am a servant to and my purpose. I only care what He thinks. Any Brothers or Sisters here? Don't be ashamed of your Lord and Savior. Don't be ashamed to loudly proclaim the Truth, the Way, and the Light. Everyone will be judged fairly.

I'm so hurt by the world I almost don't want to heal others anymore

I have helped thousands of people around the world, even living in one country and saving someone's life in another country. It was through my actions is why she is alive today.

Wow. Great stuff! I find myself prioritizing the emotional and physical stability of others over my own. As a Sigma personality type, I cant help it. Even when I dont FEEL like being helpful; still, i refuse to be hurtful in any given situation. This causes people to take my kindness as weakness. This empathy we Sigma Empaths have is a blessing and a curse.

🍃Interesting post...one thing I have learned and witnessed through others is that if you don't have a solid self care practice to keep your body, mind and spirit rejuvenated while inspiring, healing or providing care for others. I've walked this lonely path a long time, and as an empath, I can no longer do this. I'm a warrior with no one to save. I've never understood nor have I been understood by these people on our Gaia. I've come to believe there is no hope. Until these people change nothing changes. Everyday more death, more killing and more lies. I do not want to be here anymore. I have so much to give. I have some much power to offer but yet we are always met with wait till tomorrow, soon divine intervention will happen, and yet everyday we grow closer to global thermonuclear war. And my reward is enlightenment. I get to sit on a mountain and slip into insanity. My purpose was to help these people yet I have no power to anything but watch our children being exploited and sold as trash. I see Gaia destoryed by the ignorant. They have no right to destory our planet, yet they go unabated, So, I ask you witch. Why? I see no point to any of this. I have no interest in righting old wrongs. I want to live free amongst loving light sharing collective souls. I live here in the 3D land. I can't fake this 5D reality nor this ascension. There's no point in any of this. Just simply suffering. I'm so tired. I'm so tired and so tired of hearing help is on its way. I'm strong but not for this. It never ends and they won't take away my empathic ability or give me tools to help. So I'm done. I almost killed myself because i couldn't take the thought of being alone and a failure in a broken world 😢little did i know it was the other way around. They are broken and evil i am precious i am a light in the darkness 😊❤i am always getting weird looks directed towards me ever since getting out of the hospital last year. I was hospitalized because i was hurting myself i was upset i couldn't breathe i was angry anxious. I am definitely different from the world but people were ignoring me when i needed help the most. I am choosing now to ignore them they Do not realize they are hurting me or themselves. I love them even though they did that. I wish i could help them. I was approached by weird nurses they all had white or blonde hair and green eyes. Why were they all the same looking 🤔 i was creeped out by it they said they were going to fix me because i had hurt myself and was dying but i didn't remember hurting myself. I definitely am special even though my parents my brother ignore me. I am not of this family i am of a heavenly family ❤😊
