In general, South India has a higher per capita income than North India, and some of the wealthiest cities in India such as Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai are located in the south. South India has a well-developed industrial base, with a strong presence in sectors such as information technology, automobile manufacturing, and textiles. The region also has a relatively high human development index (HDI) and literacy rate.
On the other hand, North India has a larger economy in terms of GDP, and the region is home to some of the fastest-growing cities in India such as Delhi and Noida. The region is also known for its agricultural production, particularly in states like Uttar Pradesh and Punjab. However, the region also faces challenges such as high levels of poverty, unemployment, and a low HDI in some areas.
Overall, it's important to keep in mind that both South India and North India are complex regions with their own unique strengths and challenges, and it's difficult to make a broad comparison between them.

One example of differences between south and north. You can find it in long journey trains. Journey in southern part is smooth. No sale of cigarettes and gutka in trains and railway stations.(smoking in public places is banned here and selling of gutka completely banned). We can notice the difference immediately after the train entering into north. Cigarettes and gutka are sold in the train. The orderliness disappears. People come and forcibly occupy your space etc.etc.

I’m from North East. I’ve lived in both Delhi and Bangalore for sometime. North Indians can be nice some of them but they are very aggressive and disrespectful, sometimes even discriminates against others. In Bangalore, I won’t say there is completely 0 bad people but compared to North, South people are much nicer, calmer and more open-minded. South’s culture is also more respectful to women I have noticed.

Atleast in upsc and other central government exams. It gives unfair benefits to those hindi belt regions. And central government even trying to develop all mediums in hindi. Learning in mother tongue is better way of education. As south india we have to learn either english or hi di unlike north. North india would been a separate country by now if any of the south indian language was made a official language not hindi. Atleast respect our tolerance.

The basic different between south and North is human rights. North is Brahmin dominated everything.The world going behind infrastructure development but North is going behind developing temples that temple built money collection from all Hindus but temple yelled collection goes to Brahmin community. No other community gets share from it.Yes kota coaching institute no use for low community Hindus, It is dominated by wealthy Arian Community.We mostly relay on public education.May be we are not getting chance in UPC exam but foreign countries gets decent job. मे मध्य प्रदेश से हूं हम भले ही घीमी गति से आगे बढ़ रहें हो लेकिन हमने अपने कल्चर, भाषा, धर्म, संस्कृति और सभ्यता को नहीं छोड़ा और ना ही छोड़ें गे भले ही हम कम डेवलप हो और भारत के दक्षिण प्रांत के लोगों ने संस्कृति और धर्म को उतना महत्व नहीं दिया जितना पश्चिमी कल्चर को इसलिए आज दक्षिण प्रांत में ईसाई और इस्लाम बढ रहा है अभी भी समय है हमारे दक्षिण प्रांत के भाईयों अपने धर्म को बचा लो विकास तो हम बाद में भी कर ले गे 🙏

In kerala you can see Christian churches, mosques and temples together. Thre is no religious fundamentalism and mixed politics (religion +politics) and no one will destroy the churches they resect other's relegions. Christian missionaries gave the education, schools, bridges, presses etc..and this is one of the major reason for our developments

Tamilnadu is fully developed state. However, Road & Railways are still lacking in Coastal area. Every family can get free ration. No poverty. TN govt is going to implement Rs 1000/month for every women from September 2023. In spite of all, Tamilnadu has more beggars than any other states in India. It is mindset. you can't change the beggars attitude
