DJ's 1990 Honda Accord sedan might be a 31 year old economy car, but here's why it might just be the perfect companion to his NSX and K20 Del Sol.

This is My 1st time seeing such a clean CB7. I just like the size, the clean lines and the simplicity. Honda seems to be a much cooler brand in the 90s.

This guy knows what’s up. Thanks for having him on! I do miss having an older car that I have to keep up. No longer have the time to do so, but that was where I learned the most and felt the most proud of what I made. I was reminiscing about always having tools, coolant, oil, everywhere I went. I never got stranded but that’s because I kept the car up well. As life moved on I had less time for them and needed something newer to concentrate the experience on what I enjoyed most (driving). Now I just hop into the car and go...the journey has become in some ways less “exciting”, but the people I share the journey with are probably appreciative of that. There’s a time and place for everything and I am sure I will find myself in the future back under an old car, wrenching with friends, and doing rallys

This guy is the best possible owner for this car. Bravo! I was so tempted by one of these in Queens last week, but it was rusty 😞

Aged like fine wine tbh. My favorite generation of Accord. 1990s Japanese sedans are amazing. The 3rd Generation 1989-1994 Nissan Maxima, The 1990-1993 Honda Accord CB7, 1990s Subaru Legacy, 1991-1995 Mitsubishi Diamante, 1990s Toyota Camry, Avalon, Cressida. All Great cars.

Love CB7. Currently building mine now. The JDM parts have gone up a lot in price now but they do look great.

You know whats funny? Since people don't care about these just like other jdm cars, you can import a 1993 2.0si for as low as 9k with super low mileage and really clean. People need to stay sleeping on these so we can get em cheaper lol. I love my current 1991 LX, I had to swap an F23A in there since my F22A got hurt, runs like a dream, did oem suspension refresh, my interior is super clean (maroon just like this one on video, but I got the OEM maroon leather inserts that were optional back then) and will soon re-spray it on its original seattle silver color, but color matching the black moldings, much like an SE or 10th anniversary look. I facelifted my front and rear ends though, I prefer the 92-93 look over 90-91, I got the best of both worlds, the cool auto seat belts, no air bags (my cb7 steering wheel is leather as well), and internal coil distributor, which made my swap easier. I loved these things ever since I grew up riding in my dads 90 LX white to blue interior, I still lowkey prefer that combination over the one I have, but I'm too deep into mine for me to give up and start from scratch unless I find a really clean shell for really cheap and I transfer everything over. These cars are timeless, very few understand.

"I feel like it's more important to retain the experience that the car gives you rather than just trying to make everything fast." I love this quote from the Accord's owner. Today's cars offer impressive levels of performance along with overwhelming amounts of technology, but they will never be able to provide the same vibe and feel that older cars do. This has long been why certain people are drawn to vintage automobiles, with each era having its own unique appeal.

This car was hot. 2dr stick shift was the prize. These got stolen way more than any other import and a lot of asian gangs mobbed in these (not bc it was a gangster car but just bc it was everywhere)

I’m a Honda nut. I have my first car still a 90 Civic hatch that I’ve owned for 21 years, a 2000 Integra GSR, a 1991 Integra RS, and a 2018 Civic Si. I absolutely love Hondas especially the 90’s era Hondas.

Way back in the day my buddy had a 1993 Accord Coupe with a 5-speed manual which he let me drive all the time. This car can be best described as "the whole being greater than the sum of its parts". There was no single aspect of this car that stood out as being vastly superior to its competitors, however everything worked together in concert so well. The driving experience was so special, something almost impossible to quantify but if you drive one you will understand.

My first automatic car was a burgundy 93 Accord EX. The drivers seat was incredibly comfortable and had its own armrest on the right side that folded up and down. I was 20 and it was 1999, bought it with 60k miles and felt like an absolute BALLER lol. I drove it across the country four times, solo. Sold it with 250k miles and only did front axles, brakes, tires and changed fluids at owners manual recommended intervals. People are entitled to their opinions, but it’s a scientific fact that these cars were fucking incredible!

I have a 1991 Accord LX wagon, and I love it. IMO it strikes the perfect balance between practicality and drivability. Lots of room for cargo, surprisingly quick off the line, handles really well, and gets about 28mpg on the highway if you take it easy. It's a grandma car for sure, but it will surprise you if you drop it in to second and whip around some curvy back roads.

I found a cb7 on a shop's parking lot, picked it up at 109k as my first car, and it's at 136k three years later, still my daily. I don't think I could've done better for a 30 year old car sold locally. Great machine.

As one of the same 1990 Honda accord owner, I have to say everything about the car is so good that I prefer to drive it rather than driving some newer car. I really love how the car feel and how everything is being design inside, simple yet functional
