My dear friend, no one receiving the final revelation of Paul ( the mystery) is under an old or new " Covenant". The New Covenant was for the Jewish nation of Israel and those grafted in during the Acts administration. Paul brings us much further with the "Mystery" which was hid in God before the foundation( overthrow) of the world.

@@timothy4557 So having read the clear Word of the Father given to us through His Prophet Jeremiah, “that He will write His Law on our hearts”, you're going to deny The Word of the Father, which is Christ, (which I caution you to think about and maybe read Matthew 10:33 before doing so), in favor of your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6), or worse yet, accept someone else’s interpretation? Maybe these Words from the Father given to us through Ezekiel will help: Ezekiel 36:26-27 “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.” The Father didn’t fix our sinful nature by taking away sin, He fixed it by giving us a new heart and a new spirit that would move us to overcome it.
