don't understand how that happened. Canucks 4-0 during regular season and obviously goaltending is the most important aspect in the playoffs and Vancouver has quite an edge over Edmonton in that category.

Meh, been a Canucks fan since the early 80s, and seen lots. They beat us in the final 30s so we beat them in the final 30s. They win the even games we win odd games. I'm ok with this pattern and yeah, dissing the Canucks is getting old.

Goaltending has been shaky on either side? What series has he been watching? The only shakiness is from Skinner. Silovs did not have a good game 1, but looks great the rest of the series. Pickard looks much much better than Skinner.

"I really don't see Vancouver beating vancouver, but what concerns me is that there isn't much scoring from edmonton apart from the core and their goaltending is shaky, so if vancouver can play more stable, I think they can pull it off". I thought from the start if the Oilers overwork their top guys, with games every other night, it'll start to bite as the series goes on. I'm sure they're on pure adrenaline at this point and I'm not sure it's going to be enough. That and the pressure is going to be a big challenge for them.

The Oilers will beat the Canucks not because they are a better team, but beacause the NHL needs revenue. Very simple, mcdavid advances, more tv viewership equals more revenue. The NHL will gift the Oilers this series. And they will go on to the cup finals. It’s unfortunate, but money talks. That’s the reality of it.

Can't disagree as a bandwagon Canuck that Oil has a much higher ceiling. The betting odds still have the Oilers in 7 at 2.6 to 1 which is pretty wild. Math is math though, winning two in a row, even as a favorite is tough.
