The facts were always going to back Microsoft. I personally don't understand why the FTC is this fussed over it considering the EU worked with Microsoft to find a solution months ago.

@@De1usionsofGrandeur compare the og halo through reach then look at 4, 5 and infinite. Halo on the Xbox helped me through a bad point of my life so I have alot of respect of it. Just ask yourself man, if they have as much respect for halo as we do? Infinite is straight trash and if you disagree then understand that your in the minority, just look at the steam charts, 98% decrease.

@@datguy4131 4 and 5 wasnt that good infinite was great 9 outa 10 for me once they added the co op.. though the no co op on launch was a huge blunder. If I had to change anything about infinite it would be how the progression works in multiplayer I wouldn't make it challenge based at all since that forces people to work on dumb challenges instead of actually focusing on winning the games and having fun...

I hope it goes through. But the over confidence of everyone is making me nervous. Just like how everyone was so sure the CMA would pass it but then what happened? Blocked. But we'll see how this goes.

Hmm why would that even happen in the first place... I mean I guess they could turn all the games into crap mobile games... sadly the only reason those type of games exist is cause they make way more money then normal games.

@@bammerjammer1483 through part of the reason those games get away with it is cause they are free to play... noones going go pay for a service that is filled with crap games like that which just have you pay more.. that would be completely counter to what Microsoft and gamepass is trying to do

@@bammerjammer1483 pretty easy to do when their competitor flat out refuses to make their service better... competition itself is about putting pressure on your competitors so that they in turn do so back and consumers generally win when that happens

The reason why they talked about sony so much is because you have to see when a company lied and when you can just say 'yeah all legacy titles will be on playstation, nvm we lied.' I like how you brought this US vs Japan BS in, thats what honest folk do. When a company says thats in 3rd place and its not going to change that and they are focusing on phones and subscribers then I hopeoir cool with playing COD on you phone on the cloud because that looks like what Microsoft wants to do. Ohhhh yeah look up Microsoft antoli consumer in the 90s, rhey haven't changed.
