اللہ پاک جو دیتا جائے لیتے جاو گھر بہت بڑی نعمت ھے مٹکے میں چار ٹوٹیاں لگانے سے پانی زیادہ نہیں ھو جاتا اسے بھی لوگ ھیں جنکے پاس گھر نہیں تھا پھر اللّٰہ نہیں ایک گھر نہیں بلکہ بہت سارے گھر دیے آج اپنے ذاتی گھر میں رہتے ھیں اور دوسرے لوگوں کو بھی گھر لیے کر دینے ھوے ھیں

That's the kindness you will return for hereafter, and Insha Allah, Allah will reward the best for whatever the good deeds we do here.

سر ھمارے ایک عزیز بزنس مین تھے اچھی کمائی تھی سب انکو مشورہ دیا کہ اپنا گھر بنالیں لیکن وہ بھی آپ جیسا نظریہ رکھتے تھے کچھ عرصہ بعد انکو نقصان ھوا اور اھستہ اھستہ کاروبار ختم ھو گیا گھر کا کرایہ دینا بھی مشکل ھے بے ھنر انسان ھیں مزدوری بھی نہیں کر سکتے، میاں بیوی روز لڑتے ھیں اولاد اور بیوی طعنے دیتے کہ ایک گھر ھی بنالیتے ، آپکا گھر نہ بنانے پر لیکچر درست نہیں ھر ایک کا اپنا نصیب ھوتا ھے چند لوگوں کی دیکھا دیکھی ان کے راستے پر چلنا بو وقوفی ھے

Pakistani society is based on show off and non realistic thinking. Today we r facing Bad economic situation. Agricultural, poor country cant afford Luxury villas with huge occupancy of Land. A four bedroom portion is necessary for average family. ist priority should be own house. Business ups and downs r happening everywhere.

Balance is the best policy One big luxury house is essential Thereafter don’t buy the rest of property to rent because if you buy 1 Crore flat, you will get 35000 rent which is less cost effective but on the contrary you must have an other option to generate more income
