The Sit Start is my favorite way to mount a slackline!
Why?!
Well
1. The chongo has a reputaion for hurting peoples knees
2. The drop knee start starts you out with the top of you foot on the line instead of the pad of your foot.
3. The drop knee start really take a good chunk of skin off the top of your foot or shin if done a lot without protection.
4. It is much less straining to sit in the Sit Start for long periods of time and not break a sweat
