There is nothing worse when someone robs a child from his or her innocence and thinks nothing of it . Our world needs a lot more prayer 🙏🏻❤️

We were playing Pictionary with my parents.... you have a word, you draw the picture as fast as you can and your partner has to guess it. The word was Peace. My brother is my partner. Being a teenager at the time, I of course draw a peace sign. Boom...we win. I look over and my mother is still drawing, not realizing that we had already won, and she is drawing a dove and an olive branch. Her only symbol of peace. God Bless my Catholic parents. As I look around on Sunday at the young people attending Mass I am always inspired to ask God to help keep them and all young people stay on the righteous path, especially during this time when evil is ascending to heights I never thought I would live to see.

Father, thank you for your homily on the Holy Spirit. Father, I know that in every sermon that you give, you are guided by the Holy Spirit and it touches the hearts of the people. Praise the Lord ! Father, I humbly ask you for a favour,for the benefit of many Catholics. Father, please speak on the meaning, value and the power of the Holy Mass. It is by reading a little booklet titled " Wonders of the Mass" by Father Paul O' Sullivan, 28 years ago that I learnt the truth about the Holy Mass. When I learnt that the Holy Mass is the Calvary Sacrifice performed on the Alter by the power of the Holy Spirit, I could not be satisfied by attending Sunday Mass only. I was inspired to participate in the daily Mass. I can't thank God enough for this grace. The inner healing, inner joy and peace that Iam blessed with, is a result of attending Holy Mass fervantly and with faith. With the power of the Holy Spirit, Iam able to share the love that I receive from Jesus with everyone. Father, my desire is to let people come to know the truth about Holy Mass, and I pray that every priest will be able to enlighten the people about it. It is for the glory of Jesus, that I ask this favour from you. This booklet is a Tan publication. May God bless you Father. It is because of the priests that Jesus has called to serve in His vineyard, that we are able to receive the Body and Blood of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist.

Pray for our priests. Especially the ones that are the head(they go by different titles) of their parish. Our priests are such gifts from God and we need to support them in any way we can.

Dear Fr. Mark, this was a wonderful sermon, and I only wish to say that, to my thinking, a true sign of growing in holiness, is simply this: gratitude. How many times do we see in Scripture where Jesus "gives thanks to the Father?" If we awaken and (perhaps with the urging of our Guardian Angels) say, "Thank you, God, for this new day!", and then we go on to say "Thanks" to God for everything--a hot shower, clean water, a gentle breeze while working in the hot sun--whatever the situation, that's a good indicator that we also recognize that we are constant recipients of God the Father's, Jesus', and the Holy Spirit's blessings! Jesus said to Maria Valtorta in the "Poem of the Man God" that every created thing has a song, and those created things are constantly singing hymns of thanksgiving and praise to the Father, in a harmony that permeates the universe. I believe we should all pray to be more thankful--even for the smallest of things in our lives. More thankful=holier, nice formula, don't you think? May our Blessed Virgin Mother always hold you close to Her Immaculate Heart, Fr. Mark.

Thank you, Fr. Mark. This was such an important message on the often-times ignored Holy Spirit. In the last two to three years I have come to realize the importance of the Holy Spirit. After all, Jesus told his apostles he would be sending the Holy Spirit, and until He did, they lived in mostly fear. He is the Person of God who is especially here for us in battling the temptations of this world-we don’t ignore the Father or the Son, but the Holy Spirit has a vital void to fill in us because the Father and Son sent Him to be with us forever. We do have to ask for His presence in our lives and His beautiful gifts He offers us are so generous and those gifts will see us through the battles of temptation, our selfishness, and give us wisdom and understanding-but each of us must ask Him to be present and effect our lives.

That was a wonderful Homily, we need to think of the Holy Spirit more often and invite him into our lives.

May the Holy Spirit come to the unbelievers, that they believe. Amen.

How I remember that😢- deliberately aligning myself with the world as a teenager so not be different. It was a conscious effort to be like others because I thought there was something wrong with me being so different. The beautiful thing is that in returning to the Lord my innocence was returned to me, so graciously by our Lord! No one should lose hope!!!
