Bloodbath on 20 FPS is beyond insanity. This shows how much the mod can change the game. If the mod gets added, the game will reach limits far above what was previously thought to be impossible. I have high hopes of this mod being allowed.

Technical's argument is great. People put so much work into making a beautiful level, yet so few people actually get to appreciate them the way they're intended. Rob also clearly values decoration, which is probably why this argument might catch his attention.

As someone who sucks balls at the game at 60fps, this mod is an actual, literal game changer. Made the game so much more tolerable and suddenly now I can actually straight fly without issue

THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING. This is the most revolutionary feature, it’s ridiculous. I would not call it cheating at all. It’s basically 2.2’s version of fps bypass. Same deal.

This would also make the game more dependant on skill, as instead of clicking at the right time and crashing because your physics didn’t get calculated in time, or clicking at the wrong time and passing, it would now just depend an when you clicked instead of when it would be recalculated

100% agreed, adding this as an official feature in the game is the perfect solution, lets hope RobTop does it. I think it would also be better if the mod as a feature was limited to 1000 polling rate, that way we all play in the same conditions :D

Rhythm games in general have input device poll rate as the limiting factor on input precision. They don't let the game engine, refresh rate, or any such factors limit input precision. GD isn't a rhythm game, but why would we not follow the same standard?

community- fps bypass, lets you get an advantage over people with bad computers; allowed. click between frames, makes the game acessable for everyone; not allowed. i love this community

So glad to see this brought back up. The past few weeks I was thinking I hope this mod doesn’t just get forgotten about. I feel this is urgent with the current splitting of the community into 2.1 private servers / vanilla 2.2. Good videos gentlemen, hopefully this can finally settle the age old issue of fps/physics.

I literally see no downside in adding this mod into the game (other than the bugs with platformer) so I don't get why so many people are against it tbh. It literally makes the game fair across all devices.

this has 100% won me over. with this fixing so many problems that the community has had for years this would be one of the best things to happen to the game ever. with this mod less people would have to worry about accidently playing on a nerfed LDM/ULDM and also this would just straight up make the game more fair and fun.

Thank you so much for bringing this topic. As a person who plays on a 60 Hz laptop I have always struggled to run levels. In 2.1 I used to not bypass fps and bypass tps instead which was a bit more viable. Once 2.2 dropped I was forced to use fps bypass which my laptop couldn't handle, laggin below 100 fps on most levels. This made me really struggle to continue playing levels hard for my skill range, making me spend a lot on every level I played since then. Once the mod dropped I started using it, turned off unlock fps going back to 60 and all my problem disappeared. I can now even run levels in full detail with no problems. And if added I wouldn't be surprised if people started beating levels Tartarus difficulty or above on mobile too. No one talks about mobile players, such a huge part of the community. Why they shouldn't be allowed to play hard levels? This mod is fantastic. Until it's not added in the vanilla game banning it is straight up disrespectfu for all the people that don't have nasa's pcs.

I have used this mod for a week or two and before I wasnt able to if practice some of the medium or hard demons but after I downloaded everything just felt buttery smooth, wave and ship were so easy to control and straight fly was easy

This is really good for me as a person who showcases, as it would give me cleaner macros, as well as a much better time botting. My computer lags when I have to record a video, and this would really help. It would help potato pc players, as well as slightly help mobile players as well.

You'd think implementing something like this would be a no-brainer and a priority considering how Rob was all about making the game more accessible, and even without that it just makes the game better for everyone.

As someone with low refresh rate, implementing CBF will be a huge game changer in the game. And also, just imagine how we could further improve & refine our skill to a higher degree with this!

I'm glad many top players could come together to share this info. I personally use the mod, and it feels so much more precise on much harder levels. It would benefit so many people who don't have the greatest device, to people with the strongest PCs. I really do hope Rob implements this into GD.

I have stopped grinding extreme demons to get better because of input delay from my devices. It makes it way too hard to play, so I gave up on demons like plasma pulse finale. I really hope this is allowed.

I wanna clarify that the mod is only available on Windows due to it using WinApi to modify the application, and the main issue is that it cannot be ported to android, macOS and iPhone, unless theres a method to achieve the same thing on all platforms. This may take a long time for RobTop to find and may not be added.

As mentioned, DO NOT HARRASS ROB! We dont need tidal wave situation number 2. This time fracturing the relationship with rob completely. This mod is great for the game, and i can see it as a supporter of it being banned in play.

To be honest, if Pointercrate and/or Robtop refuses to accept cbf, an alternative solution would be just creating a third party rating and leaderboard system which could accept it to prevent the skill drought that originally stemmed from fps bypass being banned for years to happen again

I was extremely doubtful when I heard this as I had tried TPS bypass in the past and wasn't impressed. But after trying this mod out myself I can CONFIDENTLY say it's ideal, solving the fps issue we've had in this game for the past several years once and for all.
