I worked as an IT support for 5 months at a computer repair company + help desk/IT support for 3.5 years at the corporate office of a multinational bank. I will no longer take any childish tantrums from anyone no matter what position they hold. I'd rather be fired than bow down to these smugs.

@@romanshrestha4321 you can join. Not everyone has the same experience. I'm 41. Had I been in my 20s things were different back then and I could tolerate some things but not anymore. IT support is not everyone's cup of tea especially when the IT dept is centralised with just 4-5 IT officers handling more than 200 staff at the corporate office as well as 20 branches. I'm not employed anywhere else for 10 yrs now and most of my skills are outdated; hence I'm going through Google IT just to get updated on this field. It all depends on where you work. I would suggest you don't stick to one occupation rather keep developing yourself whether in IT or finance/accounting. You'd be making more or twice as much money being a shop manager handling sales etc of a wholesale shop of a manufacturing industry than working in the IT support. I have my own challenges and that's why I have not intended to work in a managerial/sales role at any shop. It again depends on where I live and where you live.

@@romanshrestha4321I only have just under 5 years of IT tech support experience. I've worked at a local dried fruit company doing IT support for 6 months (6 years ago) and now at a school district in IT for just about 4.5 years. There are some people that are difficult to work with and will lash at you for any little inconvenience. "My PC took 5 seconds longer to come up than it did yesterday!! I need you to fix it right now." "My printer doesn't work", then you go to the person's work area and find out that it just was out of paper... Or you have people that feel more important than others and want you to fix every little thing at a moment's notice. I'm exaggerating a little bit, but it does feel like that at times.
