Fckin ptsd , im not a roadman but been around activties alike and substance use and i can tell this is pure hell, im 1 week clear goin strong . Ive been macheted , stabed and shot , all of them affected me , i have panic attacks and paranoia from seein blades in people hands or hearing metals clicking . Two weeks ago i was at my mom house and she took a knife to cut some food for me and i just jumped out of my chair and got full combat mode . She dropped the knife and hugged me , i started crying . For all people who wanna go on this way of wantin to be a gangster and bullshit like that think u will either get killed , od or go prison . Either way u will be dead inside , everyone think thyre gangsta till they get to see how easy is to fck your life . Take care yall and love yoself

Not gonna lie u deserve a sub for this. I always thought i was quite a healthy guy until i hit my 30s n started getting ill n having all these chest n muscle pains n some kind of eczema on my hands. Took doctors aaages to figure out what was wrong but all they needed to do in the end was gimme a blood test and found out i got folaic deficient enemia probably caused by poor diet. Genuinely thought i had cancer for like a year 😂
