Sir, mera to 25 volt ata hai,, sab koch kiya, but thik nehi howa. To mera sawal hai,,, kya mai computer ke liye extta Neutral bana sakta hon? Aisa karne se kaam ho sakta hai aisa moje lagta hai. Agar mai Computer ke liye extra personal grounding/neutral banaw to aatsa hoga na? Mujhe lagta hai,, transformer ki neutral/ground hi kharap hai.. Kya aisa ho sakta hai?

Aap ne theek bataya ke voltage jyada keyon hai between earth and neautral. But in my case I checked even after switch off all loads even then voltage is 45 volts .please let me know how to solve it.

There are four systems of grounding/ earthing: TT, TNS, IT and TCNS. Theoretically we should follow TNS system but in india TT system is followed. Grounding means neutral earthing(for equipments protection). PE= protective earthing. It is meant for person protection. Ideally neutral should be 1.25 to 1.5 times more in diameter from phase wire.
