He'll have an army of cheerleaders now because he's trolling Leeds fans on Talksport but he was poison in the dressing room and a sign of everything which was wrong with the club at the end of the Lerner era. The four year deal Tom Fox gave him in 2014 was an awful bit of business.

Ridiculously underrated player. If Shearer and Owen hadn't been sucking up to the managers Gabby would have got 50 international goals. Better than either of them, as well as Rooney. Just biased media never give Villa credit.

Real Madrid, Man United and Borrusia Dortmund all had offers accepted at different times, Gabby was supposed to replace Ronaldo at Man United for £85m, but he rejected as he didn't want to play against Villa. Just another example of biased UK media. We could have won major tournaments, but no, just pick Rooney who always flopped at them apart from 2004.
