Robert Fico is against sending ever more weaponry to Ukraine instead of starting negotiations toward a renewed peace. He is for humanitarian aid to Ukraine and is of the view, as are others, that there is no military solution for Ukraine and that supplying endless weapons will only result in thousands more needless deaths.

@@cacampbell3654 Nearly every country in the world is being strong-armed into signing a treaty this June whereby each nation hands over its sovereignty to the WHO the moment someone in one of those countries sneezes. Theoretically it's to control any future pandemics, but in reality it'll just be a smokescreen for continual abuse like the last "pandemic".

However, he did cancel military aid (and this block could be a prime motive for someone or an organization with an interest in extending or accelerating the war). Slovakia and Hungary have also had minor border issues with Ukraine for decades, with small populations living across the border -- but, to say they are pro-russia is another step, one which is not true.
