After a request on youtube about other cars driving off-road in Elvedalen off-road area in Norway, I put together this bonus clips video that showcases a little part of the cars there.
Since this wasn't the focus on this trip but rater the new mods on the Discovery and the Range Rover Classic, we didn't film the other cars as we usually do.

Ja, morro med litt video. Veldig fint treff var det. Vi bruker vanligvis å filme mer av andre biler men var begrenset med tid denne gangen. 😊 Neste gang får vi sette av en dag til det tenker jeg. Beste er stemnings ute i feltet og i camp, bare positivt og morro. 👍😊

I have front and rear lockers in my Defender 90. It would make short work of that hole.

👍😊 Yeah, I think a couple of sizes bigger tires would do the trick too. It was much worse back in the day, 2018-2019, but they did some work on the track to make it a bit more people-friendly. I think my disco would struggle and I would have needed to drive much harder then I would have liked. 😊

@@RockmanDash Hehe, I have the same issue, CB-antenna is laying down and it just touches when I drive in and out. 😂

Went to see what are the prices for 2002-2006 RR's. Saw some in this video and they are price-wise pretty affordable and not as bare as the 70's RR. Could be nice offroad-project car. D2's and Defenders are rare and fairly expensive already. Also most of them are already very worn from heavy offroading.

Yeah, the L322 could be a super fun project, they have a bit of a rust problem on the rear subframe it seems. Just ask Erik about his past experience, the l322 on the channel. 😉 But would love to see that so please go ahead and send photos. 😉 I would also like to see a P38 build, they will get a classic status too I believe in time. 👌

a couple of lads at my local pay and play (similar to Elvedalen) run early L322s - one a V8 petrol and the other a V8 diesel. In both cases they are run pretty stock, just with BFG KO2 AT tyres and I believe the suspension override to allow the extended height setting to be accessed. They get through pretty much everything the 'standard' defenders and discos can get through with their only struggle being the really narrow stuff that the defender can only just squeeze through. They even make a pretty good effort getting through some of the stuff the trophy trucks get into (bobtails, comp vehicles etc with big tyres, lockers and a heavy right foot approach to driving), And best of all they do it with dry feet and working air conditioning!

They are great out of the box and with some help I think it would be a really fun off-roader. They look mean too when you get a set of proper tires on them. 👌 V8 sounds amazing, I test drove one once and it was hard to give the keys back. 😂
