At Ingressive for Good, she led the growth of Ingressive For Good from 0 to 250,000 community members, training over 100,000, placing thousands in jobs, and exclusively leading multiple cohorts of women-focused tech training.
Blessing also co-founded Disha, a digital tech startup that was acquired by an African Unicorn, Flutterwave. Blessing has also mentored youths in communities like She Leads Africa, Seedstars, African Entrepreneurship Awards, amongst others.
Blessing’s influence extends as a thought leader in her field, cultivating a vibrant community of over 50,000 creators from all over the world. She’s an award-winning powerhouse, having achieved remarkable recognition throughout her career, she was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, as one of the UN 100 Most Influential People of African Descent Under 40, and by YNaija as one of Nigeria’s 100 most powerful youths.
