Krishna actually left Gokul when he was a young boy. I think the age was 14. Not sure. So that was the last time he met her.

The love between Radha and Krishna is suppose to show the purity of that first love. And we never quite knew what happened to Radha during the time Krishna was gone. Did she met someone else? All we know is that she was later reincarnated into someone else who was his wife.
