We people of the nowadays, the new, the modern, tend to eschew physical media more and more. CDs? DVDs? And-- (heavens forbid)-- real BOOKS?!?! Ok, whatever, Grandma, or possibly hipster, or Grandma Hipster (which actually sounds pretty cool now I type that). But physical media has a lot going for it that you might not have considered. Here are a few reasons for you not to throw out those old DVDs just yet (and maybe get some new ones!).
And there's one thing I more or less neglected to mention: organizing. It may not be up to me to tell you how to spend your Friday nights, but I know how I'm spending mine! No greater joy can there be than re-organizing your DVD collection!! (I know, I know, I'm so cool, be amazed. :D)
