These guys would have loved Historic Fernandina Beach Florida. They would have had the best beaches in Florida on Amelia Island, actually The same weather, except our winter nights are warmer due to the ocean, so we can grow almost anything. The people here are all amazing and accepting. We love every minute here. The beauty of NE Florida cannot be matched. from our Ocean to the largest Salt Marsh system in America

Great video. All the points the guys made are spot on. Over 55 makes sense in so many ways. We have friends in an Lakewood Ranch and do not live in a over 55.. They do travel a lot. They do not have very many friends in the neighborhood. Over 55 people have time to invest in getting to know you. Not to say that it is perfect but it seem sot work better at this point our lives.

Love the video. Would love to know how they like living in the Villas house. We are looking at this as a community as well. Would love to talk to someone who lives there. Would like to know how people feel living in attached homes
