Aur ek point notice karne layak hai, nowadays we are using couplers in higher dia above 20 mm for lapping in this case to connect coupler we have to provide threading at the tip or end of both bar which is possible in circular bar.

Sr mera ek question hai ki phle se bni slab { roof} se jodkar doosri new slab banani hai to kaise joint kre taki maximum rainfall hone par bhi water leakage bilkul na ho . Is par ek practically detailed vedio banaiye. Quki thoda bahut gyan to har koi bta deta hai par bad me slab { roof } se leakage problm aati hi hai .

Better to caste the slab just below the before slab ,so that there will be no problem but disadvantage is slab won't be continuous( I mean level of slab).

Hallow bars are called as tubes. Small diameter steel tubes are difficult to manufacture and even if manufactured, they will be having very less tensile strength. The purpose of using rebar in RCC is to give tensile strength to concrete. In columns, maximum we can provide 4% volume of rebar. If tubes are used,then volume occupied by retube will be very high (we have to do research on this) and hence can't be used. I love and appreciate this question.

For the same area dia of Hollow bar will be more that will create problem in beam, example for a 20/25 mm solid bars hollow dia will be about 6 inch how it is possible to provide 4 or 6 bars in a beam

To save reinforcement cost because rectangular columns need minimum of 4 rods, whereas round column needs minimum of 6 rods. Also it's easy to join Walls with square and rectangular columns than with round column. It's also laborious to finish round column.

Because the tie beam/plinth beam/roof beam are in rectangular shape and it is really difficult to put shuttering if columns are circular

*Minimum number of bars required in a square column is 4 while for circular columns, it is 6. *Form work for square columns is simpler (due to the straight sides) compared to circular columns. *Rectangular/square column is almost hidden if there are side wall.
