Pep Guardiola has finally completed football at Manchester City. It was said that he was hired to help them win the Champions League, and now, after 7 years, he has finally done that. But he did not only win them the Champions League, he won them the European treble along with it, did the 3-peat in the Premier League, and has made them the best team in the world, and frankly, one of the best teams in the history of football.
The man has really outdone what was expected of him. And when you do that, what else is left? To leave and find a new challenge. That’s the theme of the footballing universe.

imagine if Pep Guardiola manages England, imagine what he could do with the likes of Harry Kane bukayo saka Marcus Rashford Phil foden Jack Grealish Callum Wilson Raheem Sterling mason mount and James Maddison. He should take new challenges with man city. Like no English club has won two ucls in a row. He should take it as a challenge. Or he can match uniteds 3 ucls win with man city. He has won epl 3 times in a row, and broken uniteds record. He should think to make his own record by winning 5 epls in a row. That would be amazing.

Once he said: "Watchout Madrid, we're coming for you, 13 to go" Even if I'm aware of their mediatraining, I can't say it was played. I believed what he said. This being said, I don't think it's possible, still I also consider that quote as a message to Ancelotti. Once Pep got his 4th ECL, I can imagine him stopping at City. I'm also a dreamer, so, I wonder if Pep would wait untill Kompany is ready? I'm also a realist. Pep also managing at least one team in Italy and France would be very good for the European football.

Pep has never dealt with a team with a limited budget. I think he should stay in Manchester and commute to be the gaffer for a team that it’s has had recent trouble beating - Wigan Athletic in League One. Wigan is typically too strong for League One so long as it isn’t in administration, so give him 51% ownership in the team, get them back into the Championship, and see if he can get them promoted back to the Premier League, as well as getting them through the League Cup and FA Cup tournaments. Being Pep, he will attract talent that are not getting best contracts anymore but see him as maybe able to revive their careers.

This is ridiculous. The way the team is going and the way the management including Pep have stepped up their acquisition of additional players this season is prepping Pep's team for the new era. They're going for the repeat of the treble. Pep's mentality is perfect for City, and nowhere else. He always wants top players and this City team is the only team, i repeat, the only team that has no problem providing Pep's dream team. If he wants this guy, he'll get him. If he wants another guy, he'll get him too. Anywhere else, it would be a disastrous. That's why he keeps extending his contract and expressing his desire to stay longer. If he can't deliver, no problem, try again next year. Imagine if Pep is in charge at Chelsea, he would've been sacked in 30 days. Not many teams in the world can provide Pep the way City can. He's going nowhere, plus I cannot think of any teams in the world where Pep wants to go. Also, the team he has assembled this season could easily win treble again and again. No way he's leaving this top team.

For example, the political party in which Pep concurred to catalan elections (in a symbolic last position) had it's leaders imprisoned for making a referendum. Maybe in another decade things change again, but in the near future I don't think either Pep or the Spanish federation would agree to that move.
