When a mother uses her child as a pawn to get an upper hand in a custody battle, she should immediately lose custody unless it's supervised visitation

Notice the father says "our daughter " and the mother says "my child, my daughter".

Notice she never takes accountability "the doctor said the Powerade would kill her" and "the lawyer told me to have the sheriff go out twice to check."

I think there was a time or two where she says Our Daughter..but most often it was my daughter. I know this is a long time ago and one can only hope she gets/received help and doesn't have any more kids until she does. It's women like her that hurts chances for fathers to be with their kids.

Personally, I am GLAD this father now has custody of his daughter and if I were him, I would NOT be allowing this Mom to have custody restored to her. She's INSANE. Her daughter bumps her head (she's totally fine) and Mom wants to make this huge drama out of it because "her lawyer said she needed documentation". Even though the cops had ALREADY done one welfare check on the girl and determined she was completely fine.

This is what happens eventually to women who have nothing to offer except their looks and as a result are lacking character or personality. Looks will only get you so far.

Regardless of her culpability, Dr. Phil IS being unfair here. She needed a report. She calls the sheriff for one. He says there is no report and he has to go back out to make one. (Two lies to her right there). She asks him to go back out. He probably says there's no need. So she puts some pressure on, citing natasha richardson's walk and die syndrome. So Dr. Phil makes her look crazy by repeating 'natasha richardson' over and over, and the father jumps on the bandwagon. She was not sharp enough, or maybe she was just too tired at that point, to pick up on it. Yes, she's problematic, but there's unnecessary logical fallacy all over this.
