Ajin Nija... Pregnancy period la with the doctor's guidance and supervision, thorpi karanam pannalam. But that too only for a specific period. And adiyen solradhu, Vedic way of living... andha kaalathula pengal veettil seiyyum velaigaley oru sirandha udarpayirchiyaagum...

Sir, I'm 25 yrs old women, working in a company, unmarried. My dad asked me to have that traditional sit-up (thoppikaranam) to reduce my Imbalance weight gain around waist to thigh. I'm working in IT field, sitting for hours. How can I reduce fat? Is there any other way in traditional method ? Other than thoppikaranam. Could you please let me know as per Vedic . I always do house chorus work from cleaning to brooming the floor in traditional ways. My upper body portion is too skinny but lower body portion are not in proportion. Please help me sir

Namaskaram @jeba blessy salomi, the improper weight is due to your work pattern in the IT field, sitting most of the hours and the workout for your legs are very minimal. To reduce your imbalance in weight in your lower body portion, try to avoid sitting on the chair or sofa while in house and also wash your clothes and utensils squatting on the ground. Sit ups while working is allowed for women instead of doing the thorpi karanam (it is not thoppu or thoppi karanam). Try avoiding the Western closet or commode instead try using Indian closet. Avoid two-wheelers and do either cycling or walking. Also use slimming outfits and inner wears to reduce the thighs. All the Best for a healthy living...
