The one who helps a cause is the one who tells you what happened, how ? when and what really worked, WHY. Because bottom line, what you really want is to succeed.... and he TELLS you what worked what didn't and more importantly how and why . Key sentence/phrase..... the world DIDN'T BEGIN IN 1960. Let's celebrate these people, let's not ignore the gift they offer to us. A lifetime of intelligent insightful analysis. Let's find what should be corrected, adapted today's realities. And what should be reversed if necessary. Thank you Thomas Sowell.

Womans rights are a non issue in the west. Thats is the truth. This whole debate is a waste of time, unless regarding equal rights in other areas of the world. Also, any real issue that arises can be won in a court, fairly, openly and honestly, which is why the west is great. Non issue. Feminism won its battle for fairness fifty years ago, as their now old proponents will tell you.

Clearly you are making the data fit your hypothesis Your explanation doesn't account for the disparity that exist for women who didn't take time off, nor does it account for the disparaty that exist when a man and a woman are hired into the exact same job., say, CEO This mumbo jumbo sounds good but lacks substance. The cause may not be what your opponents claim but the results are valid

@dfitzerl funny you should pick CEOs... why not pick construction? teaching? sports? I suppose from CEO you'll also pick president of the country right? Largely insignificant points due to the tiny amount of incidents.
