I disagree. Bill has accidentally turned *himself* into a Pokemon, whereas the furry *desires* to become one. However, it's never stated if Bill's views reflect on *other* people becoming Pokemon. A more grounded example would be a trans person looking at a genderbend episode(assuming death of the author) and saying "Why would you want to change back?". We don't know if the magic or technology which caused it is inherently good(or if it is viewed as such), but that the characters feel more comfortable in their pre-existing genders/going "back to normal"

Hopping on their Guild war 2 griffin to go flying, touring the skys on their flying dragon, relaxing as they eat roasted beer basted ribs at a dwarven tavern, shifting into catform or becoming a druid or furry, being cuddled, affectionately nibbled, endless vacations and no life breaking 500k-700k debt a house or medical bills. We're a apex predator, but the animals seem to have better lives not being in a 50 year cage sometimes.

@@CrabSpu There’s substitutes for thumbs like psychic powers, vines, etc. Plus, there’s a surprising amount of Pokémon that have thumbs. Getting caught by a Pokeball is a non-issue since captured Pokémon cannot be caught. You can take advantage of this fact by asking someone trustworthy (preferably another Pokémon to minimize risk) to catch but not use you. I also forget to mention that captured Pokémon are not slaves. They can and have been shown to leave their Pokeballs whenever they feel like it. Abused Pokémon that stick with a trainer have a deeper reason why they don’t run away.

@@CrabSpu the human body is already one of the most fragile, the skin is quite disgusting since it is all exposed and will get inflammations very easily and is very badly designed because for example the way the feet is formed is one of the biggest reasons people got back pain. also pokemons can be much more powerful and smarter so theres no reason at all to want to keep a human form

@@jktech2117 Guaranteed opposable thumbs, the dominate species on Earth (including the Pokémon world), can literally capture Gods in Pokéballs, intelligent, literally everywhere on the planet including the most inhospitable locations, doesn't have to worry about being captured by a 10 year old Pokémon trainer, and is able to work on a passion in arts as opposed to living as an animal that has to solely focus on survival in the wilderness. Humans are the META in reality and in fiction, almost all stories are about how we humans overcome impossible challenges, including in the Pokémon universe where a 10 year old can capture dieties.

@@Gaminboi2864 thing is, humans will always put themselves as the first place in media unless is a horror media because humans really hate the idea of either being dominated or even sharing the first place (look at the other human species that the homo sapiens most likely exterminated just to dont have any competition) but in a world like pokemon? humans probably would never have existed and pokemons would already be on space and spreading around in the galaxies. remember that IQ gap isnt linear, but exponential.. so a pokemon like alakazam that has 5000IQ is just millions of times smarter than humans, so yes pokemon writers dont take this stuff into consideration cuz humans love seeing other humans as main characters and can sympathize enough.
