Yeah, but that logic shouldn't bring you to Bleach. You have to think about all the big name (popular, not highly reviewed) anime, and Bleach isn't something that most would say for a question like that. I'm slightly surprised Highschool DxD is there, but most people from recent memory would have gone for Fire Force, Prison School, My Dress Up Darling, and things like that.
