PERSONAL INTAKE BEFORE THE VID CLIP: Wow! So glad you finally made a vid on Soundbar this soon, i was curious about the experience from it, cause i never heard sound from it in my life and i was thinking if the sound it gives could be compared to the one from an home theatre, but after watching this vid i get to know the unique feature of a Soundbar, which made me know definitely it'll different from an home theatre. WHAT I LEARN FROM THE VID CLIP: I understood Soundbars have their special features depending on the grade, which is quiet different from an Home theatre. SOUND QUALITY: Soundbars gives a realistic feeling of what a studio session, cinematic mode and gaming experience, makes you feel like you're presently in virtual display world, depending on what is being played. According to the vid clip there are three different types which gets better according to the increase in price. If a Soundbar have 2.1 or 3.1 channel respectively it means they have the main channels which is 2 or 3 separated on both right and left of the Soundbar equally and in some cases like 3 channels include 1 channel in the middle and the .1 is definitely the subwoofer. SNH5- Include 4.1 sound channels which stands for 4main channel on the Soundbar 2channels on the left and 2 other channels on the right. Then .1 stands for the subwoofer. Which is connected to the Soundbar with a cable SH7Q- Include 5.1 sound channels. 5 main channel on the Soundbar 2 on the right side of the Soundbar and the other two on the left side then 1 in the middle and of course .1 stands for the subwoofer. Which is have a wireless connection to the Soundbar, when connected indicate a green light. SP9A- Includes 5.1.2 channel. 2 channels on the left 2channels on the right and 1 channel in the center of the Soundbar and the .1 is a wireless subwoofer connected to the Soundbar too then the third which is called the height channels; these are two upward firing speakers on the Soundbar that creates Dolby Atmos feeling where the sound bounces on the ceiling and feels like it above your head. Having multiple channels from the Soundbar like there's room for a unique sound separation, music is well separated from the voice in a movie. PORTS : Different ports on Soundbar gives different sound outputs which can translate into eventual sound quality. Audio format: DOLBY ATMOS, DOLBY DIGITAL PLUS, dts dtsx which include best format. SP9A happens to have it all, which gives the most Cinematic sound SH7Q- DOLBY DIGITAL and DOLBY DIGITAL SURROUND SNH5- DOLBY DIGITAL and DTS digital surround ARC- Audio return channel EARC- Enchanced audio return channel. If you have a sound support EARC on your television and your soundbar is the best one can get from a sound which helps controlling both television and Soundbar with just one remote control in Volume Feature control and helps to switch off both devices at once. Lesson 1: The video helps me to clear my doubt about the difference between a Soundbar and a home theatre. Lesson 2: Helps to get full knowledge of what you're spending your money on. When I was younger in the tech industry, I taught bass was all. When I started doing mixing in church, I realized that Bass can actually be too much. There has to be a perfect balance between the bass, mid and high. I think the SP9A has the most accurate sound. Most times we're deceived by these earpiece and headsets we use, they feed you more bass and make you feel like it's the best. Without Foda Adu, I rest my case. Keep shining Fisayo!

What I have learnt: 1. The channels. I have always wondered what Dolby atmos means but thank God for your short video on twitter which led me here. 2. The ports. It’s interesting to also note that you just don’t get Dolby atmos features just because you you have a speaker that supports it, I also need to make use of the right ports. Why I would want to win: Because I sincerely would love to experience great Sound quality speakers when listening to my favorite songs. And also, I’ve been a fan almost ever since you started making tech videos. 🙌🏾

I think this opportunity lines up well for me. Interestingly I just moved to my new home, I bought all appliances new, with 2 being from Fouani. That's my Oled TV and my refrigerator. I wanted to get a sound bar, I had watched tonnes of review on the soundbars and yep LG fitted well between quality and affordability next to Sony. I had even gone to the store to test the bars 😄but yeah, I had maxed my budget. So, if I win this soundbar, you'll be refreshing the experience of moving to this new home and also fulfilling a long desire I have for my sound experience.

A nice review here, thank you sir, I'll like to add some things, the two speakers on the left and right are for the front and rear channels, which makes it sound cinematic when watching movies. And also I have noticed there is a difference in the subwoofer's speaker placement, some have their speaker in front, back or on either the left or right side of the box, which actually gives different low-frequency sound qualities, placing the subwoofer nearer to the wall gives it a more heavy feeling in the room😍. I so much love sound and I'm aspiring to be a professional sound engineer in years to come. i'll like to have the SP9A😇 well, ask and it shall be given, I have asked and I hope I get a response 🤭

Thank you Fisayo for your exposé. I can confirm that Fouani Nigeria products are durable, as i got my LG TV from them and I can say its quality all round. What I learnt in this video are the functions of those ports behind as I actually do not know what they do before now. I also learnt about the differences and meaning of sound channels. The SP9A obviously is the winner based on the sound output and its sound Channel of 5.1.2 I will like to win the SHN5 because it would complement my LG UHD TV and give me a better sound experience all round in my sitting room. Great content Fisayo - been thinking about the best spec to look out for as I set up my living room area. I’d have thought size of the space matters as well, guess it’s just the output you want, tv layout and budget. What I’ve learnt is to go for a soundbar with great audio quality + subwoofers and multiple channels that fits into one’s budget.

Grateful for your detailed explanation on sound systems and their differences. Well in the course of the video I have learnt a lot. From the differences in sound ports and their connections with HDMI being the best to ARC and the Advanced EARC, that helps ur remote control to work for TV as well as solve all lip-sinking issues. Then the frequency ranges of each sound bars Sound channels is another feature I loved so much, the sound separation, also the watts meaning the sum total of the output. Lastly the part that interest me the most is the Ai room calibration part of the video from the LG app, wow 😮 great video

I learnt that sound bars are expensive ooo😂 lol It’s funny but this is a video I needed… this year’s gonna make it my 2nd year out of my parents house and I’ve been in the market for a “sound-bar” to buy with my tv (ps. I learnt about the name here, didn’t know it was called that) after i first cane across it at a friend’s house.. and my reaction hearing it in person was that of shock tbh… it gets really loud but in his setup i didn’t see a subwoofer so I assumed it didn’t come with one… anyway it’s quite expensive for me at this time but winning it would go a long way in reducing cost for stuff I’d have to buy later… Regardless i love this channel amazing vid as per always!!!

I have been looking for an excellent soundbar to replace my multi-speaker home theatre which consumes space. This video really helps, I love the bass coming out from the LG SNH5. I guess my love was based on its price😅. Looking forward to getting one soon. I also love the height of the LG SP9A, very inviting.

I've already been following Fisayo and Fouani for the longest time so I happily jumped right to step 3 of the instructions. 😅😊. Before watching this video, the only knowledge I had on home theatres and sound systems was on surround sound and that it is when you can hear the sound all around you 😂. It's not exactly wrong but in 15 minutes, you've helped me understand and unlock way more parts of sound systems and the technology powering them. Something I've always assumed was too complicated to understand. Just from watching the teaser video on Instagram, I already knew it would be a very educative video. The breakdown of the sound channels is the part I'm most thankful for and also the part I found to be the most educative. Then the existence of ARC and eARC was a shocker to me. The audio output u get depends on the type of sound bar u have, so I feel the best is the SP9A bcoz it has a 5.1.2 channel output which gives u that cinematic feel......I would love to win a soundbar coz I've always wanted one since my previous LG home theater got spoilt

Here we go about the video, The CEC is so simple but saved the stress of having to carry the soundbar remote all the time just for volume.... And also confirm if your Tv has ARC (audio return channel ) , but it's okay as optical/toslink cable come in almost in all the smart tv of this era ( but there is a limit in terms of dolby atmos and few other sound enhancement format ) As summarised, you are not loosing standard sound quality like dts & standard dolby + 2.1, 3.1 & 5.1 channel sound enhancement formats. I would like to win that soundbar as i am a very very big lover of soundbars and it would be great to also use it as i have been trying to lay my hands on one for a long time now.

Downward Firing subwoofers is the best because they create a lot of shock waves and vibration on the floor in 360° that's omini directional. While front or sideways firing subwoofers channel their shockwaves and vibration in 45° angle. In other words they create shockwaves and vibration only in the direction they are facing. This is why JBL mostly built downward firing subwoofers for their soundbars because it gives more shockwaves, bass, and vibration on the floor in omini directional.

Keep wondering why Dolby Atmos with the cinematic feel is very expensive I have been dreaming of getting Dolby with height channels. The bass level was very obvious based on watt rating. Nice products though
