This is just a small example but, I was selecting courses for my Junior year at high school and was thinking about joining honors classes, but then I started thinking about the extra responsibilities and commitments. I listened to this at the perfect time and I 'm so glad I did. Thank you Fernanda, your content is always motivating and this gave me that final push I really needed. ❤❤❤

Im telling you, your podcast is the only i can listen all the way through with. You're straight to the point, sweet, and real! That said, i definitely needed to hear this. Ive been asking God to give me a sign i need to step outside of my comfort zone. Im starting college this fall, and its been super nerve wracking, ive struggled a lot of anxiety this school year. I've been planning all winter on how to do this: I have always been uncomfortable/scared to swim in lakes. laugh all you want lol bc its lowkey hilarious and i dont know why this is, but this year I started highschool and I've been working so hard on bettering myself, so this year(summer specifically) my biggest goal is to say 'yes' instead of 'no' to a lot of things, not just swimming. I'm typically a pretty keep-it-safe-in-my-comfort-zone kinda person, and this episode is literally EXACTLY what my biggest goal for this year is soooo ty queen

Thanks Fernanda! I really need this. I’ve been feeling very trapped and bored in my life lately. I’m currently at a community college and I hate it. It’s not growing me and I feel desperate to leave my hometown. Hopefully I’ll get some letters from the colleges I apply to soon and gain some independence.
