Because we live in the physical world. Real estate is still a great investment. If somebody else is paying the mortgage taxes and insurance for you perhaps you should buy the apartment building and rent that one apartment but everybody else is helping you pay the mortgage off you can always borrow it buy more bitcoin, etc..

Bitcoin only appreciates tho. Real estate can cash flow with tenants. Big difference. Also tax favors real estate
