I just bought a 2023 BadBoy Maverick HD 48 inch deck and it has a Honda igxv700 engine on it. The last one the dealer had everything else had a Kawasaki.

Great choice, the Honda won’t let you down… make sure the oil drain hose is tight or it will leak. I added Teflon tape

That's what I thought when I saw it. I appreciate the tip on the oil drain hose.

Do you have a commercial or residential grade Bad Boy zero turn mower ? Bad boy website don't have Honda engines on residential grade mowers all they have is Kohler, Kawasaki, Briggs 48, 54, 60 inch

Honda has been making super reliable engines for everting for a long time. For their cars most of the R&R comes from Formula 1 racing, their fast track bikes etc. I cant see that Honda would ever be a bad choice. And you mow a lot! And the in laws place. Good man
