But now that my best friends had a kid and moved to Holden, it was time for me to go explore the towns around Worcester. I found breweries, hot dog stands, and lots of family friendly places. Now I know why people with kids leave Worcester for the suburbs! The places in this video are great reasons to get out of Worcester.

HD Annies is the best. I remember 8 "barbo's" for a buck. I was back about 5 years ago and yes they are as good as they were in the 60's.

I’ve heard that. For some reason I think it was closed the week we were there. But my friends live like 3 minutes away so we’ll stop in next time we are there.

The brewery’s around Worcester are great!

They didn't exist when I was in college there. We basically drove up to Wachusett and sometimes volunteered to help for free beer (they gave us the rejected beer that had upside down labels and things like that). I love that there are breweries both in the city now and outside in the burbs.

Coney Island will always be my Joint I would cut the guineas too but I think it was a little bit. What’s the Coney Island 140 anniversary couple Sundays ago they used started out doing the barbecue and we got them and they were pretty good. They did it for one day it was it was almost as good as hotdog in, but straight up for me for Coney Island.

WPI. Was never very good at engineering classes though. Oh well. Leitrim’s and Irish Times were probably the bars we went to the most.
