When I've experienced bullying it leaves internal scars memory on me.

all true, bullies are monsters among us. It’s important to realize that people’s expressions match their internal states, and all research points towards bullies being people who lack confidence, self esteem, and supportive households. Any time somebody unfairly criticizes you, it is a reflection of them and not yourself. Good luck
