I am from Nepal Madi Municipality Sankhuwa sabha and Having spent over 39 years of my life studying and supplying genuine and superior Rudrakshas of all origins I have personally come across only Rudrakshas with either two natural holes or no natural hole at all. If a Rudraksha has multiple holes then it is either a miracle of nature / God, which is most unlikely or is simply a fake.
