First billed as ideal for ultralight hikers, the venerable Bugout proved itself an EDC folding knife champ. Now, with more blade steels and handle materials, plus substantial aftermarket support, there’s never been a better time to get a Benchmade Bugout.

Benchmade does give money to the NRA and the GOA, like we all should . I don't support the NRA, but I am a member of GOA. Benchmade gives military and police discounts as well as supply knives to deployed Marines ( I know that from personal experience). Did they step on some toes? Yeah, they did. @DieselDabz710 I've looked into them, and tbe aftermarket scales. One thing we'll both agree on, benchmade makes knives we can agree on, and some not as much.

I'm assuming you don't own any Smith & Wessons, Colts, Springfield Armorys, Rock River arms, Rugers, etc... . All of these gun companies have sold out the 2A at some point or in Bill Rugers case simply didn't believe in it.

Bench made is just a name now… there are smith n Wesson knifes out there with the same specs, hell there’s knives out there at lower prices with better specs

So it's a $200-$300 kabar dozier with features and materials that are very common in most modern Pocket knives that are half the price. What a bargain!

Like benchmade just fine but it’s not that much better than a $50-80 knife and still gets lost just as easily.
