I’m Vietnamese and I want to just say, after watching all of your Vietnam travel videos, you two are by far the most informative and culturally sensitive/appreciative travelers I’ve come across. People travel and do the touristy things, take the glitzy photos for instagram and are averted to anything too culturally shocking, but you two seem to genuinely want to understand the history of where you travel to, try different foods, interact with the locals, and highlight the locals’ way of life. Thank you for for bringing so much light to our culture. You two truly are the most underrated traveling couple, because you don’t just gloss over the countries you go to and go to the “instagrammable” places for the token of having traveled, you immerse and inspire others to travel the right way.

Da Lat is a beautiful city about 30 km to Tung Nghĩa. Tùng Nghĩa is my hometown, I left Tùng Nghĩa from early 1989 to America carrying all my childhood memories. I went back to visit in April 2018 and could not believe Tùng Nghĩa looked like a small city. Thương tùng nghĩa quê tôi.

I really want to say thank you! I have been living in DaLat for 16 years. That's why when I saw your video, I was really appreciate it! My family have a cute coffee shop near the center of DaLat, it just takes about 5 minutes for you to take a walk from Xuan Huong Lake to our place. If you visit here one more time, I wish you will come to our coffee shop, the view won't let you down, I promise! Anyway, thank you very much for the video!

Hey guys, I have to thank you for making this video, because I watched it a few months ago before I came to Vietnam for the first time and now I've been living in Da Lat for 8 months and I just LOVE this city. Green and beautiful, especially now after rainy season, it's sunny and warm. The food, the People, and the vibes are just unique. Greetings from Da Lat!

I left Dalat in 1974. Lots of new builds since then. I would like to go back to visit my elementary catholic school behind the cathedral. It doesn’t look like when I was a child but watching these videos bring back so much memories. Dalat is always in my heart, a lovely city. If you haven’t visited, you may want to go. It’s on my bucket list.

Been following you guys for a year to initially help with our Vietnam trip but after watching so many of your videos, my husband and I decided to take several months off to extend our traveling plans. We are now doing 10 countries and 30 cities. In Saigon now and heading to Dalat next so rewatching all your videos and following on your tail to Thailand after Vietnam. I will be in Vietnam in February. I usually travel solo or with friends who are more into exploring than doing touristy things but this time traveling with a friends who like to stay in resorts n stuff but i am kind of a thrifty backpack traveler. I mostly walk, explore and like to commute overnight despite my health issues. So i will still do that. Your videos are quite insightful and i love the way you guys travel. On top of it you are covering all the grounds for others keen on visiting Nam. 💕

By far the best travel vlog of any that I have seen, the way the two of you interact and play off each other in the videos is awesome. I am more interested in moving to Vietnam. I was there very briefly years ago, (30+ jajaja), I have been in Colombia for the last 13 years and it is time for a change and either Vietnam or the Philippines will be my last place to reside during this lifespan. Self employed as an English teacher, I love the simple life and getting to know the culture and the people. Looking at this time next year to make the move. Thanks for all the info. You guys rock!

@@IntAffair Being a Canuck, the climate of Dalat, is more to something that would be the same as what I am accustomed to, so Dalat is high on my list. Give me good Internet, a small room with a bathroom and a little space to cook and I am more than happy. Plus a chance to interact with the locals!!!! I like the simple life. I am subscribed so I have my ears open and eyes wide open to possibilities. Blessings

Nice video. thank you. You make me miss my home town so much. I used to live here for 30 years of my life. I have not seen you eat at Ba Hung Fried Rolls at 32 Phan Dinh Phung, ward 2, Dalat city. or travel to Khu Du Lịch Sinh Thái Núi Voi which has a lot of activities to burn fat...lol. Next time visit those place and try some thing new in adventure.

Only less than 10% of the buildings were build by the French, the majority built after those colonial masters left in 1954 ( after they were defeated by the Viet Minh in Dien Bien Phu)

Im Vietnames and living in France, we love Dalat so much im back vietnam often but also visit Dalat when we’re there, wow people there they are nice and the food beautiful and not expensive. Where we went few water fall but we like pongour it’s was nice
