As a carnivore myself I only disagree with your assessment that 30 days is all you need. I’ve found for any positive change to occur you need 90 days. Some people go through oxalate dumping or bowel changes including keto flu. For a full detox and beginning to feel outstanding it takes longer than 30 days. Thank you for all you’re doing 🙏♥️

That would be correct. While people (not all) may start to see or notice postive changes.. in as little of 30 days, and while it's dependant upon the person.. 90 days is more accurate of a time window for this process. .. then it will be ongoing improvement from that point forward. Age, physical condition.. and a whole host of factors will play into this for each individual.

I'm at 6 months and still feel bad sometimes. But being older it may take longer. Have had improvements though

I totally agree. Actually, I've always told clients, whether trying to change their diet, or taking any supplement, if you can't give it 120 days, 4mos, put your money away until you can. A red blood cell lives for approximately 120 days, then is replaced by a new one. So a person has to give it enough time for those new healthier bood cells to replace the old ones, to then feel a difference.

Many/Most Naturopaths are very tuned into a Proper Human diet. Just saying. They spend way more time in the academic training studying nutrition.. and they are more inclined to stay on top of current data/information... especial KETOGENIC/CARNIVORE... Just saying.

Well over a decade ago, a friend who ran a detox shop, and still does, although now bigger and better...was taking classes to become a naturopath. I remember her telling me, do NOT go to nutrition school. During the nutrition part, she told me she had to learn things she knew were wrong to pass that course. She knew I was headed there, because I had reversed so many things for myself and children just by diet. Actually, there is a JAMA article and one in NIH that says doctors only get 20hrs of nutrition classes. Big Med keeping the masses sick.
