As well as itchy dry skin and scalp. Trace minerals are a miracle. It also healed my leaky gut and thyroid. All this from a bottle of water! Also I cut out fried foods and added veggies such as spinach, okra, asparagus, etc.

My scalp used to itch so bad. I discovered that for me, it was bad hair care. I was not clarifying my hair properly monthly, I used oils as a moisturizer (lol. I can laugh about it now), I had product build up because I used to over moisturize because I thought my hair was always dry, and I did not drink enough water. I changed all that and also got more disciplined in exercise and eating clean. It changed everything for me. I also do scalp massages, but I don’t know if those help, but they help in blood circulation and hair growth. ✨

Same here🙋🏻‍♀️ In my case the itchy scalp (that was constant for 2 years) disappeared once i returned to using shampoo with sulfates. I was just using sulfate-free shampoo and not clarifying (i thought i didn't need to since i don't use leave-in products...WRONG)

Exercise a minimum of 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using natural coconut plus onion based oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. My scalp itches due to my anemia. It gets inflamed too. I use an oil blend I got from a modified curly proverbz recipe to stop the itch and inflammation immediately and help with excess shedding. I am happy that you made this video. I would add an infection can cause it too. I had sepsis and about 3 months later I lost tons of hair for the next few months. I read that about 3-4 months after a stressful situation to the body you can start to loose lots of hair. So its important to look backs few months the to see if your were sick or stressed to determine so itching and or increased shedding. * I have thalessmia beta minor so I can't take iron*

Last year, I started using Ayurvedic herbs to thicken my hair. The more I used my herbal growth oil, the more my scalp itched. The more my scalp itched the more I used and massaged the oil into my scalp. One night, my scalp itched so badly I had to take Benadryl. It starts with a white patch on the top of my head, to front of the hairline. Eventually that spot hair loss began. Nothing worked. Olive oil helped but did not solve the problem. I found your famous onion juice recipe! That works well. Whatever sulfur in that onion juice take away all the white patch, itching, clean my scalp like nothing else. Not even the things doctors prescribed did not help. Your onion juice recipe is one of the best recipes ever. Thank you a million for that. And for pictures of your beautiful baby IKO. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent video! I have learned so much! In my case , my itchy burning scalp was accompanied with itchy eyes and itchy skin. Taking anti histamines helped. It was in part due to seasonal allergies. Scratching caused my skin to break down and get damaged. My skin then became more irritated due to a bacterial infection. I had to get a prescribed antibacterial lotion to help! Because I was so stressed at work, working long hours and not eating and drinking well, my immune system was compromised so the whole infection took long to clear. This is a good example of how One problem can be multi factorial.

Peace Ma'am! I just want to say THANK YOU for making this channel to help us out. Your information is more than just tips, you actually present the problems and provide solutions to what we deal with on a daily basis. I'm always looking for Sisters like you to network with. I'm working on a program to help with mental health and ways to get some help. And I know learning about our hair fits into one of my projects. Is there any way I can contact you for more information? Thank you, again, and I wish you nothing but success. Peace!

Superb video! I have a systematic condition, and from my own personal experience, if you ignore it for too long, it can have dire consequences for your scalp and subsequently, your hair. Seek medical attention asap. Thank you so much for making this video!

Right? Once it got to the end, I realized I didn’t actually recall much from the video even though I was staring at it. My eyes were totally relaxed and my brain on holiday because that voice of hers put me in a trance. That’s our stress relief right there!
