The more I follow your exercises, the more I notice that I naturally start doing movements like this when relaxing as sort of a diagnostic of my body.

I’m feeling a different point in my bag maybe it is close to the point which the scoliose could appear. I will try this exercise for a while to retrain my nervus system. Thank you for these move.😊

Si joint issues might be triggered with these movements? I’m not sure this will work? I’m trying to get my si joints to become stabilized. Sitting seems to have terrible outcomes? I’ll agree to your idea of pain associated with patterns of movement. But, I have to figure out what’s going on with me-my particular issues. But I like your approach in general. I’m thinking I have a stability issue related to excessive but incorrect flexibility? I’ve been using a SI Joint belt for a week and have seen much improvement along with tens machine. On KZfaq lots of disagreeing/conflicting ideas from professionals. I’m learning a little bit from each KZfaqr. But it’s been like putting together a puzzle full of the images of zebra backs. Confusing.
