1. Soak 3.5 kg of the seeds (fresh green beans) in warm water (40 c) to sterilize. 2. Place metal stand with 1” gap from the pit floor to prevent root rot. Also place plastic mesh above. 3. Start with the first layer. Place sterilized boiled sack to use it as potting soil (also do an edge stitch to make it durable) 4. Place plastic mesh in order to organize the seeds 5. Sow the seeds (0.7kg) and spread it around the plastic mesh. 6. Do the layer 2-5 with the same method. 7. Cover the top layer with 2 sacks following with dark fabric above the pit to prevent sunlight which can cause the yellow color. 8. Water the pit for one minute long. Do it every 3 hours for 5 times a day. (ex. 6am 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm) 9. After 3 days, take it out and splash water on the surface of layer to remove the seed’s covering. 10. Cut the sprouts off the plastic mesh with dull knife and wash it with water again. 11. You will get 20 kg of white and long sprouts as a result. The leftover root can use for the compost.
