Some companies do these things independently. Look it up. I doubt Ford will bother to do it and even if they decide it will be way overpriced then what you get from the alternative shops. Plus they would milk you with repairs and parts just like supercar manufacturers do.

why not buy a modern mustang put swap out the body with a custom retro body. But they won’t for collector reasons.
