Loved the porch. It would be great to put an old fashioned screened door on it and screen the porch in. I think I could spend a ton of time out there with my puppies. The floor plan was cute, but, no doors on the closets I did not like. Shower heads I would replace. Over all very cute. Thanks for showing it.

Nice home! Love that front porch. But I'd prefer drywall, and a door on the second BR closet. Also a bigger closet in the master BR, and a door on that closet as well. But all in all a nice looking home.

Floorplan at 2:18. Very livable on the inside. Looks like a cute shotgun house. Disappointed that they've only got a space for a stackable washer and dryer. My state stops them at 14' wide.

Love that porch... The island is great... can't fit that many seats around most. Spacious living room area. I do like the flooring. The 18 ft width makes a big difference. Overall, a very nice home. Like your channel. I'd be glad if you could post a video of some of modular 2BR homes with bedrooms on opposite ends. I rented one once and loved it. Got transferred, and haven't seen any since then. A 2 or 3 BR, 18 or double wide would be excellent...

Do you know of any models that offer handicapped bathrooms. Showers are mainly what I'm interested in.

I like the layout, and love the porch. I’m not a fan of the kitchen. There isn’t enough prep area if you like to cook & bake. I would extend the island all the way to the wall. The floor vent right by the stove is going to take a beating. I love the front door location. Love the windows.

Well Chance, hello to you and your family. Cullen looked great in his hero custom! This is a good video. Nice price on the house too. #1) I'd put a gas fireplace in the living room instead of the electric one. Or even a wood-burning stove if possible. #2) I don't like that there isn't a dining room, but I can make due with the island as the table. But as a raised sitting area on the island is a problem for me, I'd make that side the same level as the sink side. Don't like the sink being in the island either but in this case there's no where else to put it so it isn't a deal breaker. I think I'd actually just extend that island area to the wall. That would give me more counter space and I could put a microwave over there. We don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put more cabinets or drawers there. #3) Except for the Master Bedroom itself, most of the rest of the house I would redo. I don't like the utility area. A stackable washer and dryer is a problem for me; I can't reach the top one. I'm not only too short for a comfortable reach inside, but being handicapped the way I am would make me loose my balance even trying to reach. I do like the sink in the Master Bathroom, especially the cabinet that IS Not sitting on the counter taking up counter space! But the Master Bathroom shower and commode area is way to tight for me! I would barely be able to get in there! Even if we left the door off. So...we'd take the guest bedroom and bathroom and extend the Master Bathroom and Closet into the back half by the outside wall; then in the front part of the room we'd have a half bath and the utility room . #4) We can do this because with the price you gave, even as just a starting price, we could get two of these 18-wide homes for less than most of the double wide homes are going for! So we could get a second 18-wide and attach the two at the back doors, and make the second home into my Library Music Studio Office Room with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace, and the Gym, and a half bathroom; and if we have room, we'd add a Guest Bedroom, and instead of the half bath, a full bathroom. We'd have to work out exactly how we'd make everything work as we'd want a garage attached to the home as well. #5) By the way, I Love the front porch on this home. We'd have porches all around the home though - with just this one home, or with a second home attached - part of the "workout" on how we'd work things with a garage and porches! Carpets would be in the Living Room and Bedrooms and sitting area in my Library only. As I said Chance, good video. Nice to see Cullen. Be nice to see the wife every once in a while. Maybe she can just get on at the end, like Cullen usually does, and say "hi" to everyone sometimes? That's all she'd need to do, unless she wanted to talk more, up to her and you of course. But, just saying it would be nice for her to do so. Unless she's shy and/or doesn't like to be on camera. My husband isn't shy, but he Hates being on camera. Anyway, just an idea, Chance. It's always nice to see Cullen, so I thought it might be nice to see the wife every once in a while. I'm sorry but I don't remember her name although I'm sure you have mentioned it more than once. I would lower the counter at the island to the same level as the sink. This would give you more workable counter space as the current layout doesn't have any large areas for prepping large meals or making cookies 😁

Not a fan of singles but this wider one is not bad. A big negative is the floor vents in the middle of the floor. The three of them in the living, dining, and kitchen are each in the foot path.

extend the bar to the eft hand wall. and shorten its length on the right. gives more cabinet space and storage, and room for a small table and chairs on the right. needs more windows in the living room. but general layout is really nice

I love this one! The fact that there is only 2 bedrooms makes it nice and spacious. The only thing I would change is that I really, really do not like doorless closets. When I picture them full of clothes and what not, I feel turned off. Too personal. Bur I am sure that is just me.
