I agree. This was only my third season skiing. I was just starting to get decent at linked turns then.

Worst part about this run is the ski lift runs right down the middle , so if you wipe out its for all to see. Other than being really steep it's not that bad , but I think it's that added pressure that makes it harder. lol

I haven't been to Snowshoe in about 30 years, but as I recall, the steep part starts at 0:39 and ends at about 1:07. They used to let the runs get all bumpy, but not so much anymore.

Hahahah, it’s a black diamond for sure. It’s not a difficult one, but it’s steep as hell Video does not do it justice.

For east coast it’s a black diamond, it’s a lot steeper in person. Usually cameras don’t justify the slopes unless there is actual cliffs.

It's wayyy steeper in person. It's true on this video it doesn't look steep at all but for some reason when I saw it in person its like going straight down it's weird..

Definitely a blue run if your a west coast or rocky mtn skier. Not judging, but it isnt the footage or camera angle, simply different standards. Albiet, it is absolutely confusing to mix it up. If you do double diamond on this mountain and visit Whistler, you may be over your head.

Why does everyone come on here and say stuff like that. Yeah we get it we live in the southeast and don't have the best skiing like Colorado but it's the best we have here.

FattyMcButterPants Its the best ski resort in the mid-Atlantic. Snowshoe actually receives a lot more snow than any other resort in the Mid-Atlantic.

The camera makes it look 10 times less steep than it really is
