Hi Becky! So far we have not received any feedback to indicate that the Real Deal fits any larger than typical Raquel Welch average sized wigs. It could look a little larger on Patti, but this is because Patti is a petite cap size, so average sized wigs tend to look larger and longer on her.

It's a discontinued style, but they do still have some colors available. If you'd like to order it, please contact us at support@wigsbypattispearls.
