Kim Stamiris thank you! Just be sure you get rollers that won’t melt if the steam hits them :) it’s super HOT! 😉

Great video. How would you redirect a flippy whisp that keeps getting in your face?

My jon renau steamer constantly spits water. Have you ever had that problem?
@KiraL.Wilson3 жыл бұрын
Hi Danielle. I haven’t run across that yet. Does it spit water out when it’s full, running low on water or the entire time the streamer is on? I recommend using distilled water to prevent buildup inside the reservoir or where the plastic tubing attaches to the steamer (which is where I assume you’re getting the spitting). If you see buildup on this area, I would take a little bit of cleaner that removes hard water deposits and spray it into a cotton ball and throughly clean the area. We have a water softener but even that water still leaves hard water residue in my steamer. Hope this helps! If not let me know and I’ll look into it for you. Thanks for watching!

@@KiraL.Wilson it's a brand new steamer, I've only used it twice, and both times it spits water constantly. When it first gets hot water is actually pouring out the tube then it slows down and just spits but it spits out enough to leave a puddle of water.

@@dink4evr I’ll reach out to Jon Renau and find out if they have any recommendations. Have you tried to contact the store where you purchased the steamer to see if they had suggestions or could return or exchange it for you? Since it’s the weekend, I’ll probably have an answer for you Monday or Tuesday :) Thanks!

Is this a heat friendly wig?
@KiraL.Wilson3 жыл бұрын
This is the Jon Renau Mila wig and it is not made with heat defiant fibers. Steaming is the only way to safely curl or straighten synthetic hair that isn’t heat defiant that I’m aware of.
@judycook43143 жыл бұрын
Kira Wilson Thank you for responding. I had no idea this could be done to a non heat defiant wig!
@KiraL.Wilson3 жыл бұрын
Judy Cook oh yes! It’s magical! You can make an old ratty synthetic look new again with steaming too! I also have another video where I attempted to restyle a cheap eBay find that wasn’t heat friendly. :)
