I always wished there was a game mode where you could just walk around the island and check everything out on foot.

I've dreamt of living on this Island so many times as a kid and would be disappointed when waking up and still do sometimes. Exploring the Island while playing all those sports was just way too fun

We NEED a sequel to this game for the switch. It would be perfect as an open world game too because this island is so damn awesome

The feeling knowing I can’t go here or live here still upsets me to my core. I would want to live a modest life spending the rest of my days giving tours of the ruins and the rest of the island and never leave. Thinking about the life I could have on this perfect island makes me want to cry and then the feeling worsens when I remember it’s a fucking wii game and I’m an emotional wreck

This was among my favorite games because with all the sports you’re in a set location and this game mode just lets you explore every nook and cranny of the island and it’s so cool

I would love to live on that island.

Damn, it was 2010... I was just chilling on a weekend flying the plane around the island for hours at midnight. I didnt have a care in the world, I felt like nothing else in the world even mattered, It felt like I was actually flying! I miss those days of being a naive child with big hopes and dreams...

When i was younger i always wished to free roam around that island (and also to drive cars xD) My favorite mode was the boxing one or flying one.. good times. I wish my Wii still worked...

I remember playing this I found every point of interest but one. Could never fucking find it to save my life and it drove me insane....

When i was flying the plane on the wii,my dad(a pilot) asked me if he could try So i tought him the controls and how to play As soon as gets the hang of it *lands at the freakin hotels pool*

When I played this game, I'd spend so long doing the air sports activity just so I could fly over the whole island and take in every detail of it. I didn't want to do any real sports, I just wanted to see the sights and relax. And every time the time ran out, I'd start all over again. I could never get enough.

It's funny how everyone who grew up with this, knows the feeling that this video gives...pure nostalgia.

I remember thinking how it was so cool seeing where the other events took place. It made the island feel real.

I remember always seeing the Whale tail flop up out of the water, and always trying to fly towards it as fast as possible, and I actually got pretty close at one point

I can't count the hours I spent flying around that island. I always thought it would be a dream to live there. Sometimes I would just fly out to places like Cabana Lagoon and just relax for a bit there. Man how I wish I could go back to those days

I remember nearly every single day of my life I would get on this game with my family, something that just warms my heart is my father used to get our computer out and search the locations of all the spots. I remember me hating going near the whale watchers since I don’t know. I remember that everything that I love and want to go back to from wuhu island is from this one mini game, if I ever got to play five minutes of this my life would be complete, I would not care if I died the second the five minutes was up I would just have the best and most life fulfilling expierience I would ever have in my entire life. The island wouldn't be that big irl but it would still be awesome. Knowing your way through the island, exploring volcanoes, participating in sports. Plus I remember in the competive mode me and my sis would always manage to go to the black of the island by Cabana Lagoon and settle it there

Thanks to you, I finally got all of them. The fucking Airplane Team and Undersea Cable Inspectors got me tho like god damn. Wii Sports Resort is honestly one of my favorite Wii Games of all time. Replayable just like it’s older brother Wii Sports, but as good if not, better than it. I always remember playing this mode and just flying all over the island all the time. I wish I could go there! It looks so friendly!

This game was awesome. I used to play this when I was five years which is in 2010 and after a very long time I came back and noticed how missed this game. This game was beautiful and still beautiful. I would love to live in that island but it’s only a game. Whoever played this game back in a day your childhood was decent.
