I started today(6/17/24), a bit frustrated as I can't seem to do something I was so good at years ago. I sweat more in trying than the actual hula-hooping haha. Hopefully, I pick it up in the coming days.🙏🏻

Well explained and the other thing that matters the most when it comes to Hula Hooping is to get the right size of hoop for yourself. You can learn that on my channel :)
